Oculus Rift:
If you have an Oculus Rift, make sure that you have installed the Oculus app and set up your space. To allow Egirl to use the Oculus Rift headset, you will need to enable unknown sources in your Oculus settings (Oculus does not allow adult-oriented apps in its store). To enable unknown sources: Start from the Oculus App on your computer, select the gear icon on the upper right. Select Settings. Select General from the menu on the left. Locate the Unknown Sources section. Select the toggle to enable this feature. Each time you run Egirl, you'll need to open the Oculus desktop app first. If the Egirl loader says "no vr device detected", this indicates that the Oculus desktop app is not running or the Oculus Rift is not plugged in / turned on. If this occurs, please make sure the app is running, the Rift is plugged in and active, and restart Egirl.
HTC Vive / Steam VR:
If you have a Vive VR system, first install the Steam desktop app. Next run the Steam VR setup, or follow the instructions that came with your HTC Vive system. Steam VR will guide you through the room setup, and familiarize you with the controllers and headset. Once you have done this, make sure that Steam VR is running before running Egirl. If the Egirl loader says "no vr device detected", please make sure that Steam VR is running and it shows that your Vive system is active before running Egirl. Install and Run Egirl Dowload the Egirl installer. After installing Egirl, run it and the Egirl loader window will show up. Here you have a few options. If you have a VR headset plugged in and active, text will display indicating the VR device is ready to use. Click "Play VR" button and put on your VR headset. If you don't have a VR device, or want to play on your computer monitor, click the "Play" button.
